3-5 sets:
Level 1:
Tuck L-hang from bar for 10 sec
5 ring-push-ups
3 kick-up to handstands
Level 2: Tuck L-sit on rings for 10 sec
3 partial ROM or slow negative HSPU
Level 3:
L-Sit on rings for 10 sec
3 HSPU
Metcon:
6 rounds for time:
5 DB Muscle Snatch/side
10 OH Squat 75/55lb
15 box jumps
