Haute Life is about reaching your goals while making sure you are creating a long-term nutrition lifestyle, and having a ton of fun through the entire process.
Program Pricing:
One Haute Session / $95
Do you simply want guidance on where to start with your nutrition program? Whether you are looking for advice on getting healthy, shedding excess pounds, or how to get HUGE, this consultation will help put you on the right path toward achieving your goals. Session includes:
- Discussion of your goals
- Review of your nutrition assessment, including current eating and lifestyle
- BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Meal Plan Starter Kit: 7 day meal plan + grocery list + recipes
Haute and Healthy 4 week program / $195
Ideal for people whose main goal is to optimize health and/or performance via a nutrition program. You’ll get one-on-one coaching with a customized program built specifically for you around your personal goals. This 4 week program includes an individualized meal plan to meet your specific needs and goals. Beyond the meeting and start-up materials, you’ll also receive ongoing coaching to keep you motivated and learn strategies for continued success.
Session 1: Goals and Initial Assessment (1 week before the program begins):
- Discuss your goals
- BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Review of your nutrition assessment, including current eating and lifestyle
Session 2: Get With the Program:
- Review the customized nutrition program
- BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
Session 3: Mid-Point Check-In:
- BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Review meal plan for the following week and provide tweaks
- Lifestyle tips and strategies
Session 4: 4 Week Check-In:
- Final BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Progress review
- Ongoing tips and strategies
Haute-Ass 8 week program for weight loss / $295
Ideal for a person whose primary goal is weight loss and would prefer additional coaching and support. This program is 6 sessions, and it will enable you to reach your goals and develop strategies for continued success!
Session 1: Goals and Initial Assessment (1 week before the program begins):
- Discuss your goals
- BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Review of your nutrition assessment, including current eating and lifestyle
Session 2: Get With the Program:
- Review nutrition program
- Customized Meal Plan: 7 day meal plan, grocery list and recipes
Session 3-5: Personal Check-Ins:
- BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Q&A on challenges, successes, what needs work, tough love (if needed) or a hug!
- Review meal plan for the following week and provide tweaks
- Lifestyle tips and strategies
Session 6: Final check-in:
- Final BioSignature and Body Composition Analysis
- Progress review
- Ongoing tips and strategies
Haute Maintenance Program
This is for exclusively for Haute Life graduates who want some additional coaching beyond their program. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- 1 Session: $50
- 4 Sessions: $120
- 8 Sessions: $200
- 12 Sessions: $240
