Individualized Training

We begin by assessing any of the following: goals,  lifestyle variables, food profile, regeneration ability, body composition, biosignature analysis, movement patterns, and structural balance. From there you will work directly with a coach and receive an individualized exercise prescription as well as coaching on nutrition and relevant lifestyle factors.  This is without a doubt the fastest way to achieving your goals and to ensure that you’re getting exactly what you need.

Individualized training options start at $250/month.

Small Group Training

Our group training is the best group program in the city. It is designed to create a broad, balanced fitness in our trainees and is appropriate for generally fit individuals looking to take their results to a whole new level.

We balance key physical attributes including strength, endurance, speed, and power. We provide structured and progressive strength programming accompanied by the CrossFit prescription of varied, functional, high-intensity conditioning sessions.

All trainees are brought along at an appropriate pace as they progress through our training system. Training sessions last one hour and are always instructed by a qualified coach.

Group training prices vary based on your goals and desired outcomes, but they start at $169/month. Some pricing changes may still occur.

Our goals are to show them correct training methods that will optimize their current fitness levels and that will form the foundation of a life of continued health, wellness and productive training.

Joining the Wrecking Crew is $150/month.

Running

CrossFit Quantum coaches are certified to teach the CrossFit Endurance curriculum. We teach you:

  1. How to run with correct mechanics to reduce pain and injury and to improve race speed.
  2. How to structure your training program for general fitness or for race performance.
  3. Why other endurance programs leave you tired, injured and performing below your capacity.
  4. How to eat for health and performance.

Running is a skill that takes practice to master. Just like you would not start in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting or gymnastics without a qualified coach, running is also technical in nature and needs proper coaching to become proficient.

Avoid the common pitfalls that lead to pain, injury, weakness and stalled performance. The learn to run program is 5 personalized sessions over 5-6 weeks during which we will: analyze current gait and running pattern, discuss training goals, drill practice to correct mechanics, review recovery techniques and nutrition.

Running program is $395.
